Access to and use of the Kapālins platform and paid products and services is governed by a separate customer agreement (our Master Services Agreement, Order Form and Service Level Agreement) together with our product Terms of Service, End User Licence Agreement (EULA) and Acceptable Use Policy. Where that agreement applies to a service, it prevails over these Terms of Service for that service.

By accessing or using this website you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Permitted and acceptable use

You may use this website for lawful, legitimate business purposes. You must not:

• use the site in any way that breaches applicable law or regulation, or infringes the rights of others;

Platform and product terms

If you are a customer, your access to and use of the Kapālins platform, products and services is governed by your customer agreement (Master Services Agreement, Order Form and Service Level Agreement) and our product Terms of Service, EULA and Acceptable Use Policy. In the event of any inconsistency with these Terms of Service in relation to those services, the customer agreement prevails. Contact us if you would like a copy of those terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The current version is always published on this page, with the "last updated" date shown above. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and the courts competent to hear appeals from them.
