Questions buyers ask.
Can we sell Kapālins under our own brand?
Yes, on the Premier and Elite programmes. The portal, emails, reports and evidence packs carry your brand. Client software such as the device sensor and browser extension is always built, signed and published by Kapālins and always says Powered by Kapālins. Partner-signed or OEM builds are not offered.
Who bills our customers?
You do. Kapālins never collects from a partner’s customer. You receive a wholesale statement and a per-customer usage export, and you set your own retail prices.
Can a partner see its customers’ prompts?
No. The partner’s fleet view shows numbers, bands and status words. Support access into a customer is read-only, needs a second person to approve it, and every step is in a log the customer can read.
Can Kapālins staff get into our customers’ tenants?
Only under consent the partner grants, which expires, and every act is written to the action log the customer reads.
